I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science from Mac-Nutrition Uni (MNU), an internationally accepted, accredited program based in England, where I became a Certified Nutritionist (MN.Nutr.). For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the fields of Oncology, Infusion, Obstetrics, and Surgical care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from George Mason University, which continues to support my work in understanding the behaviors and mindset behind lasting health changes.

Yes, I lost nearly 80 pounds by working with a coach and making sustainable changes in my behavior, mindset, and nutrition habits. Before that, I tried various fad diets with little success. My personal experience with both sides of weight loss — the struggles with quick fixes and the success of lasting changes — fuels my passion for helping others achieve real, sustainable results.

I work with both men and women who are looking to improve their health, manage their weight, and make lasting changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. I support clients who are using GLP-1 medications as part of their journey and have extensive experience helping individuals both with and without medication support. My approach is tailored to each person’s needs, ensuring sustainable results based on their unique goals and circumstances.

Yes, absolutely! I have extensive experience working with clients who have various medical conditions, including but not limited to thyroid issues, PCOS, diabetes, and heart disease. As a Registered Nurse (RN), I understand the complexities of these conditions, but please note that I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I work alongside your healthcare team to provide nutrition and lifestyle support that complements your medical care, focusing on sustainable, evidence-based strategies to help you reach your goals.
If you have a medical condition, you may be eligible to pay for my services using your FSA/HSA with a medical necessity letter from your healthcare provider.

Yes! If you have a medical condition, you may be eligible to use your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for my services. To qualify, you’ll need a medical necessity letter from your healthcare provider, which I can help you with. You can find a link to the letter on another part of my website for easy access.

1:1 coaching is an ongoing, personalized service where we work together over a set period of time to achieve your health and nutrition goals. This option includes regular check-ins, ongoing support, accountability, and customized plans that adapt as you progress. It’s ideal if you’re looking for sustained change and deeper guidance.
A single consultation, on the other hand, is a one-time session where we discuss your current situation, goals, and challenges. You'll leave with practical advice and recommendations tailored to you, but it doesn’t include the ongoing support or follow-ups that come with coaching. However, with a single consultation, you may sign up for follow-up sessions at any time if you feel you need additional support or guidance.

Currently, I only accept credit card payments. However, if you have an FSA/HSA account, you may be able to use it to pay for my services. You are responsible for determining your eligibility and obtaining the necessary medical necessity letter from your healthcare provider.

Yes—some level of change is necessary to see meaningful, lasting results. Many people start their journey hoping they can keep doing everything the same and still achieve different outcomes. The truth is, results come from doing things differently—but that doesn’t mean you have to overhaul your entire life overnight.
My role is to help you identify which changes matter most, and guide you in implementing them in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to be willing to take action. Together, we’ll focus on small, manageable shifts that lead to big progress over time.
-
If you’re not seeing results, we don’t give up—we get curious. I’ll work with you to assess what’s going on, identify what’s working and what’s not, and make adjustments to your plan. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition or behavior change, which is why ongoing support and flexibility are built into the process.
Sometimes that means shifting your nutrition strategy, sometimes it's about dialing in habits like sleep, stress, or movement. We’ll troubleshoot together, and I’ll help you stay accountable while we find what works best for your body and your lifestyle.
