Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Video Consults

All video consults must be prepaid at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled consult are eligible for:

  • A one-time reschedule at no additional charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling.

• No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation penalties.

Emergencies

We understand that true emergencies can happen. If you experience an extenuating circumstance, email us at christine@ck-nutrition.com as soon as possible. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
